Practice of homemade fermented cake
The common practices of fermented cakes are as follows:

Ingredients: 400g ordinary flour, 220g fermented grains, 3g dry yeast, baking powder 1 spoon, 30g white sugar and 30ml vegetable oil.

Step 1: Brew homemade sweet wine and beat some rice grains into juice.

Step 2: Beat into juice, add vegetable oil and stir into cotton wool.

Thirdly, all the powders are put together and stirred evenly.

Step 4: Knead the dough into a smooth and non-sticky dough. The kneaded dough should be a little tight.

Step 5: Cover and ferment in a warm place until 1.5 times larger.

Step 6, take out the dough, knead it into long strips and divide it into equal parts. Take a small piece of dough and press it into a cow tongue. Fold it in half and roll the rolling pin a little longer. Roll into a tube. The cylindrical dough stands up and is flattened with the palm of your hand. Roll it into a disc with a rolling pin, according to the size and thickness you like.

Step 7, put it in a pot, cover it with medium and low fire and bake until both sides are golden.
