Which will make people live longer, fast metabolism or slow metabolism?
Hello LZ

Not necessarily!

Because it follows two diametrically opposed principles.

The first is the principle of lampshade. Rapid and effective metabolism can promote the metabolism of free radicals and toxins in the body. The immune system is activated and the body's disease resistance is enhanced. In other words, vigorous metabolism is like a lampshade, which protects the flame from continuous burning.

On the other hand, however, life activities need long-flowing water. For example, turtles, as well as relatively long-lived elephants among animals (this wonderful product has not been killed, but died of natural causes, not old age, but starvation) and so on. They are not creatures with strong metabolism! Their natural age of death is 4 ~ 6 times that of Tom, Dick and Harry, and it is because cells in our body are dying of old age every day, and new cells divide, differentiate and replenish from stem cells. However, there is an upper limit to the number of times normal cells divide unless they become cancerous. So it makes sense to say that fast metabolism is short-lived.

Therefore, a healthy and long-lived body is carried out on the basis of ensuring normal metabolic needs. Neither fast nor slow, because there are differences in personal physique. Just like everyone's life is like a candle, there are always thick and thin candles. Using a suitable lampshade can avoid being blown out by the wind. However, the lampshade is too dense, and the air will not circulate, but it will go out, won't it?
