Full-body health massage (fitness) has a wide range of applications, and all fatigue caused by mental work, manual work, excessive exercise, travel or long-term computer operation and car driving. It has a good relieving effect on general discomfort caused by various factors.
The operation method is to apply force to the operation site with the palm root, thumb root or elbow tip and press it vertically downward. Often combined with kneading method, it is called "pressure kneading".
Kneading methods are divided into the following three types:
