Say goodbye to scalp oil! Have you done the 7 steps of shampooing correctly?
"Beautiful hair comes from a healthy scalp. The relationship between scalp and hair is like soil and plants. Only fertile and good soil can cultivate strong plants. A healthy scalp can provide enough nutrition for the hair, so that the hair exudes a rich, strong, shiny and bright feeling from the roots! The summer weather is sultry, and the scalp oil secretion is strong, which is easy to produce scalp odor and increase the possibility of inflammation. How to alleviate the scalp problem is the right thing to do according to the following steps!

Simple family scalp care 7 steps:

Step 1, comb your hair with a comb before washing your hair.

Using a wide range of combs, from the front hairline to the hair, can remove dirt and dandruff and promote scalp blood circulation.

Step two. Wash scalp and hair carefully before using shampoo.

Wash with warm water at 33-37 degrees Celsius. Wash off dirt, grease and dandruff on the scalp first. Never wash the scalp with overheated hot water.

Step three, remember to wash your scalp and hair separately.

Use products specially designed for cleaning the scalp and massage the scalp with fingertips. Don't scratch your scalp with your nails to avoid scalp injury. Put your finger into the hair root and gently rub the scalp with your fingertips.

Step four. Don't pour shampoo directly on your hair.

Rub a lot of foam in your palm before washing your hair. The key to solve the problem of scalp odor in summer lies in moderate cleaning. Remember to wash your hair twice, the first time to purify your scalp, and the second time to gently wash your hair. Shampoo stays for no more than 30 seconds, just wash away dirt, dust and dandruff.

Step 5, condition your hair with hair moistening or hair care products.

Because hair itself is negatively charged, it is easy to attract positively charged dirty grease. In order to take away dirt, shampoo on the market will use anionic surfactants to help clean. After washing the hair, the scales of the hair will open, and the negatively charged hair will repel each other, resulting in dryness. Moisturizer is a cationic surfactant, and its positive charge produces neutralization, which makes the hair uncharged and helps the hair scales to close, thus combing to form a protective film. Especially after dyeing hair or damaged hair, it is recommended to use hair mask to strengthen nursing, about 1-2 times a week. However, it should be noted that hair care products should be applied to the hair to avoid contact with the scalp as much as possible, and it will not block the scalp pores after washing.

Step six, after washing your hair, be sure to blow dry it to avoid wet hair from sleeping.

After washing, use a towel to "press" to absorb moisture, and rubbing hard can easily make your hair fragile and damaged. It is suggested that the temperature should be lower than 130℃ and the distance between the hair dryer and 10 ~ 20cm.

Step seven. Use scalp essence/essential oil to relax the scalp.

Regular scalp helps blood circulation, improves scalp health, maintains oil-water balance, and makes hair healthy and beautiful. When you wash your hair, you can use your fingers and scalp, or comb your hair every day.
