Health is not innate, and it needs to be formed through self-efforts and exercise in a good environment provided by family, school and society. In my class, I am a cleaning committee member. Some people may despise this "seven-product sesame official", but I know that a clean environment can not only make our campus more beautiful, but also greatly help our study, so I always do my job conscientiously, so I am often praised by teachers. But one day, I was so busy doing my homework that I forgot to check the hygiene. The classroom was soiled by several students who were usually unhygienic. The teacher criticized me mercilessly and deducted my points. I was so sad that I really wanted to cry. But I quickly calmed down and thought: I will deduct this time, correct my work attitude, do a better job of inspection and supervision in the future, and do my part for the health work of the class. It is precisely because I have such a good psychological quality that I really achieved "winning without arrogance and losing with grace", so I quickly adjusted my mentality and accepted the teacher's criticism with a normal heart. Later, I treated my work with a more positive attitude. With my efforts, the hygiene work in the class has really improved, and there are no more litterers in the classroom. We study and live happily in a clean environment all day, the relationship between classmates is more harmonious, and everyone's sense of collective honor is also enhanced.
This shows how important a healthy psychology is to our study and life. As budd schulberg said, success can only be achieved if you are not discouraged when criticized and not proud when praised. Yes, a healthy attitude is very important to each of us. Only by balancing your own psychology and treating everything with a healthy attitude can you do things better. The times call for mental health, so that each of us has a healthy psychology.
