Move Zen-the beauty of slowness, and feel the beauty of life rhythm;

Exercise and fitness has become my lifestyle and attitude;

Goal: Have a healthy body, carry a strong soul and support great ideals.

The way I exercise, I prefer to call it meditation.

I used to pursue higher, faster and stronger in sports, but gradually higher, faster and stronger will only bring strong pressure to my body. I can't feel the real state of my body under pressure, and I only have unfinished sports goals in my heart, which will only make me hate sports in the end.

Looking at exercise from another angle, exercise is a kind of practice, which I call dynamic meditation. It enables us to know more about our body and the laws of its rhythm, make the rhythm of exercise consistent with the rhythm of the body, produce vibrations with the same frequency, and achieve happiness and stronger effects.

I'm still wondering what effect exercise and body vibration at the same frequency will have. Now my perception has two functions:

One of the feelings is that you will find that your body is not so tired during exercise;

The second feeling is that you will find that the amount of exercise your body bears is increasing unconsciously, and your confidence is also growing.

What is the core of Zen?

Heart-qi-movement, trinity.

Heartbeat, feel your own heartbeat. The rhythm of the heartbeat is the most basic rhythm of the body. The best way to feel the heartbeat is not to touch the left chest with your right hand. Even when you are lying down, this action will bring you uncomfortable pressure for a long time. A better way is to feel your pulse and feel your pulse.

Feel the pulse time. Personal experience is that you can feel the rhythm of your body by feeling your pulse during rest. This process is amazing.

There is a feeling that this body is alive and rhythmic, and the rhythm of rhythm is still beautiful. If you have some natural sounds, waves, natural winds and birds at this time, you will find that you will fall asleep soon, which is the best benefit of feeling the rhythm at night;

Qi-breathing, adjust your breathing according to the rhythm of the heartbeat, let your breathing dance with the heartbeat, and dance the most beautiful dance;

Take a deep breath, take a deep breath slowly, and find your most comfortable and quiet deep breath. Everyone can find their own most suitable rhythm point, and everyone will know when it is. Deep sleep, when the muscles are most relaxed, is the best time to perceive the breathing rhythm. The rhythm of the heartbeat drives the rhythm of breathing. This is the core competence, which needs to be practiced.

Move-move, the core is slow!

At the beginning of exercise, the most important thing is that heartbeat drives breathing, and breathing drives action, which is a trinity;

The ability of trinity takes time to accumulate, and the most important thing in this process is to slow down your movements and slowly feel the trinity of exercise, exhalation and heartbeat. The whole process is mainly to find the rhythm of your exercise rhythm, and then constantly strengthen this rhythm to make your exercise easier and easier.

Trinity, Zen, I haven't summed up the best path yet. In order to better integrate the Trinity Movement into our physical activities, I recently started prisoner training.

Of course, in the process of training, don't say that I am building a habit and doing it every day. Then I can simply tell you that there is a great possibility of failure.

We don't have to do it every day Let's remember it and do it several times. What we create is not a habit, but a brand-new ability, an ability to perceive the rhythm of life in the form of exercise.

I don't agree with this statement about habits. We are developing a brand-new skill. The skill itself does not need to be adhered to every day. What I need is to have fun.

Our ambition is to have a strong body;

Self-knowledge, all skills and abilities are improved through persistence and perfection over time;

Consistency is my most lacking skill, and constancy will become my most prominent core skill.

Take it easy, smile, and do every extreme exercise slowly. At the end of 20 16, I can easily complete the flag movement.
