The experience of removing moisture and cold from the body
Whether you believe in Chinese medicine or western medicine, it is because you have experienced it.

A few days ago, when listening to and talking about Huangdi Neijing, xu teacher talked about the treatment of damp and cold in different parts of the body, which reminded me of my own personal experience.

Because of dystocia, I grew up weak and sick, with a bad spleen and stomach, no appetite for anything, and my hands and feet were even colder than ordinary people.

One winter night, as soon as my foot touched my husband's leg, he shouted reflexively, "Take it away, my calf was fried with ice."

Later, my friend gave me a prescription to dispel dampness and cold, which seems to contain black beans and barley. I have been religiously drinking coix seed soup for several months, and there is no obvious effect.

About 20 1 1 year, I met a health expert who studied Huangdi Neijing. Because I began to learn the arrangement of family system at that time, I mistakenly helped her solve a psychological problem that plagued her for most of her life, so I became good friends.

She said that my body was too cold and wet, and sooner or later something would go wrong, so she suggested that I do moxibustion and gave me a set of moxibustion box and a lot of moxa sticks.

After returning home, I insisted on moxibustion almost every day, and my body really changed a lot. Later, I fell in love with outdoor sports and went climbing or hiking every week, feeling much better.

However, there was a time when I felt irritable and didn't want to do moxibustion every time. However, I am a very persistent person and always convince myself that I must not give up halfway for my health.

Until one day, my body was seriously uncomfortable, my stomach swelled, I couldn't spit it out, and my stool couldn't go down. The whole person seemed to explode. I was so scared that I went to a Chinese medicine hospital and found a friend to take me to see Chinese medicine.

After seeing it, the doctor told me to stop moxibustion, saying that it was too much moxibustion, and then prescribed Chinese medicine soup for a week, and it was fine after drinking it. However, since then, I dare not do moxibustion.

Probably on 16, I met a stranger, a teacher introduced by a friend. After dinner at my house, my friend suggested that she help us check our bodies. She can know what's wrong with me just by touching our bodies with her hands. Among them, she said that my body was too wet and cold, and that my body was the worst of the three women, which surprised everyone. In their eyes, I am a climber.

She said that my damp and cold entered the viscera, and moxibustion and drinking barley soup had little effect. This sentence shocked me. Later, when I went to talk to her, I really experienced what is wet and cold.

Probably on the third night of Pigu, when I meditated, my whole back seemed to be pressed by countless quilts that had just been fished out of the water. That kind of discomfort is really indescribable, and I feel that the whole person is going to collapse. Ask the teacher after the end, and the teacher says it's good to have a rest.

When I meditated the next morning, my back was not so uncomfortable, but the cold air in my right knee seemed to penetrate the quilt and made me tremble all over. I thought they forgot to close the window before meditation. Later, the teacher said that it was the cold of my body.

At the end of that time, the teacher said that my humidity and cold had been eliminated by 50% to 60%. It would be nice if I had the chance to do it again.

But it was not until 19 that I came to Shenzhen that I found that my body had really changed too much. I used to have a serious illness every time I came here, and then I went back to my hometown with my illness.

This time, I made up my mind to stick to it. Although I am in good health, I seldom go out in the first two years in Shenzhen, fearing to blow air conditioning by car. No matter how hot it is at home every day, don't turn on the air conditioner. Sweat and drink plenty of water and let it out. So I persisted for more than two years.

Until last year, I was able to climb mountains and hike here normally. Once on the way back from hiking in Dadingling, the bus showed an outdoor temperature of 36, but I didn't think it was too hot. As xu teacher said, I really experienced that the body does have an automatic cooling and heating cycle system, although it is invisible and intangible.

Therefore, no matter Chinese medicine or western medicine, don't blindly believe and experience.
