Materials? 500 grams of white gourd, 750 grams of chicken soup, 2 mushrooms, 50 grams of chicken breast, 20 grams of ham, 50 grams of fresh shrimp and 30 grams of lean pork.
Exercise:
1. Put the wax gourd into the pot, add the chicken soup, and cook for 10 minute;

Walnut kernel Niuyuezhan soup
Ingredients: Ox Moon Exhibition 450g, Walnut Meat 80g, Yam 20g, Lycium barbarum 2 tbsp, Ginger 1 piece, Longan Meat 1 tbsp.
Exercise:
1. Put the walnut kernel into the pot (without oil), stir-fry for 5 minutes and then take it out. Or put it in the oven and simmer 10 minutes to take it out, so as to remove the odor of walnuts.
2. Wash yam, medlar and longan.
3. Boil the cow in boiling water for 5 minutes, then pick it up and wash it.
4. Boil the walnut kernel in boiling water for 3 minutes, then pick it up and wash it.
5. Boil 9 cups of water, add Niuyuezhan, walnut, yam, medlar, longan pulp and ginger, simmer for 3.5 hours, and season with salt.
Shredded Chicken Soup
Ingredients: chicken breast 75g, ham 15g, mushroom 15g, egg 1 piece, starch 20g and clear soup 375g.
Exercise:
1. Shred chicken breast, add egg white and starch, mix well, put in boiling water, remove and put in a soup bowl;
2. Pour shredded ham and mushroom into the pot together with broth, add salt and pepper to the fire until the soup boils, and then rush into the soup bowl with shredded chicken.
Hot and sour fish head pot
Ingredients: the first salmon? It weighs about 450 grams, one hundred and fifty grams of onion is cut into pieces, half a cup of coconut milk, 1 bag of Dongyin Gongtang? Boil Dong Yin Gong Tang Bao, 3 tomatoes, peel and cut into pieces.

Wait until the soup is tasty and the fish head is cooked, then cook for 10 minutes. Turn it over when cooking, leave it uncovered and serve it.
Note: 1. Dongyin Gong Tangyuan is available in spice shops or shops that specialize in Thai local products.
2. The fish head of any marine fish can be made into hot and sour fish head, such as mackerel, grouper, glue fish and Tsing Yi.
