Baoji has a long history and many places of interest. Baoji is the birthplace of Zhou and Qin Dynasties, and a large number of Western Zhou bronzes have been unearthed, so it is known as the hometown of bronzes. Famous historical sites include Famen Temple, a holy place of Buddhist bones, Diaoyutai in Jiang Ziya, Wuzhangyuan, where a generation of military genius Zhuge Liang died of illness, and Jintai Temple built by Taoist Zhang Sanfeng. These cultural relics have survived to this day, and it seems that they are still quietly telling the glorious history of Baoji, the heroic scrolls that often make heroes cry.
