Talking about the problems that should be paid attention to in the forming and curing of concrete specimens.
Attention should be paid to the formation of concrete specimens:

1) Check the size of mold test to avoid using deformed mold test.

2) It is not easy to evenly coat the release agent on the test mold.

3) When tamping twice, the tamping rod should be inserted into the lower layer for 20-30mm. Insert a trowel along the inner wall of the test die and wipe it several times to prevent pits.

4) After the tamping is completed, it shall be leveled for 2-4 hours, and the elevation difference between the plastering surface and the edge of the die test shall be ≤ 0.5mm.. ..

Attention should be paid to concrete curing: the concrete specimen should be placed on an iron frame or wooden frame with a temperature of (20 2)℃ and a relative humidity of 95 or above in the standard curing room, with a spacing of at least 30-50 mm, and direct sprinkling with water should be avoided; Or place the specimen at (20 2)℃
