First, Tianzhu point
Location: Tianzhu point is just below our back neck, that is, about 2 cm half an inch from the midline of the back hairline, on both sides 1. There are 1 acupoints per inch.
Function: When you feel tired and sleepy, massaging this position can refresh your mind and relieve fatigue. Moreover, it can relieve stress, ventilate and tonify, regulate meridians, help the body's blood circulation to be smooth, and help improve the discomfort symptoms such as back pain during menstruation.
Massage method: stick your thumb on Tianzhu point (at the hairline of the lateral edge of the neck muscle), stick your little finger and forefinger near the end of your eyes, then slowly tilt your head and press your thumb to massage Tianzhu point with the weight of your head.
Second, Zhongfu point
Location: Stand at attention, straight and akimbo. You can touch the triangular fossa at the lower end of the lateral clavicle with your hand. The center here is Yunmen point, and the place where you push a rib vertically down in the middle of this fossa is Zhongfu point.
Function: Zhongfu point is a big point on the lung meridian. Regular massage can dredge pulmonary veins, strengthen lymphatic circulation, and treat diseases such as spleen and lung, deficiency of qi and blood, and abdominal distension. It is an important acupoint for regulating internal respiratory meridians.
Massage method: Taiyin hand lung meridian starts from the middle jiao, meanders under the large intestine meridian, turns back, passes through the diaphragm along the upper mouth of the stomach, belongs to the lung, goes down from the "lung system", goes down to the elbow striation along the Shaoyin hand heart meridian and Jueyin hand pericardium, enters along the radial edge of the forearm, crosses the thenar, and reaches the inner end of the thumb along the thenar edge.
Third, Mingmen point
Location: Located at the waist, on the posterior midline, in the depression under the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra, approximately flush with the navel. When you press with your fingers, you will feel a strong tenderness.
Function: Massage this acupoint is beneficial to improve depression, relieve muscle soreness, effectively delay aging, nourish yin and protect uterus, improve irregular menstruation, postpone menopause and restore youthful vitality.
Massage method: Du meridian starts from the abdomen, descends from the perineum, goes backwards in the spine, reaches Fengfu point behind the nape, enters the brain, goes up to the nape, and goes down to the nasal column along the forehead.
Fourth, Chengfu point.
Location: Below the horizontal center of buttocks, at the center of gluteal groove below the left and right buttocks. This is where the nerves are most concentrated, so you can use more force when pressing with your fingers.
Function: This acupoint guides the nerves of reproductive organs to pass through here. Regular pressing can effectively stimulate the nerves of the cervical wall, help the contraction and relaxation of abdominal muscles and pelvic muscles, help menstrual blood to be discharged more smoothly, and also play a certain role in relieving dysmenorrhea.
Massage method: When fingers are pressed, straighten your back, hold the anus, inhale slowly, press this point with four fingers other than your thumb, and exhale when you press it up for 6 seconds. Repeat this 10 times, and do it 10 times in the morning and evening. When you massage this acupoint, you should feel sore and swollen.
Fifth, Shenshu point
Location: Same as Mingmen point, that is, under the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra, it opens sideways 1. Five inches, one on the left and one on the right.
Function: This is the main point of the kidney meridian. Regular pressing can enhance kidney qi and kidney function, especially for irregular menstruation, cold hands and feet, abdominal distension and pain.
Massage method: after the palm is heated, stick the palm on Shenshu point, and repeat for 3 ~ 5 minutes; Or directly press and rub Shenshu point with your fingers until you feel backache and slight fever in your waist.
Sixth, shangyangjiao
Location: This acupoint is on the hand, raise your hand, with the index finger close to the thumb and 2 mm behind the nail corner.
Function: This is also the acupoint for regulating internal respiration and stomach. This acupoint is located on the large intestine meridian. If you knead it regularly, it can replenish the qi and blood of the large intestine, regulate the function of the digestive tract, accelerate the metabolism of the human body and regulate menstrual discomfort.
Massage method: Hand Yangming large intestine meridian starts from the end of index finger, enters between two tendons along the radial direction of index finger, passes between 1 metacarpal bone and the second metacarpal bone, goes up to the outside of elbow along the radial direction of forearm, goes up to the shoulder on the radial edge of the rear side of upper arm, connects the head with acromion, and descends into pelvis and collaterals. Diaphragm belongs to large intestine. The branch vein 1 from the supraclavicular fossa goes up to the neck, passes through the cheek, enters the alveolar cavity, turns back to the mouth, and meets the middle of the human body. Then the left pulse goes to the right, and the right pulse goes up to the left to hold the nostrils on both sides of the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming.
Seven, Shu Ge.
Location: When you turn your back, you can feel the depression between the scapula and the spine. This is the place. One is on the left and the other is on the right.
Function: If acupoint massage is used, it can promote blood circulation, stimulate lymphatic system, effectively relieve scapulohumeral periarthritis and cervical diseases, and help to regulate the excitement and inhibition process of cerebral cortex, improve human function and facilitate the smooth passage of menstrual cycle.
Massage method: Press Shu Ge, not only the point where this point is located, but also around this point. Where is the most sour or painful is the place that needs to be pressed most. Keep pressing every day until it doesn't hurt, and your body will be greatly improved.
