Do you think fitness has anything to do with longevity?
Fitness can make you healthier, but not necessarily live longer. People who exercise will appear more confident and beautiful. Doing some exercise will not be too tiring, but it is not necessarily related to longevity. Fitness is a way of life. When people are old, do they want to spend their old age in a wheelchair or enjoy family happiness healthily?
