A mother said that she could mix an essential oil and apply it herself. I think mint cream is also possible. I studied several prescriptions and synthesized them. The first one was successful.
Handmade ancient mint paste has three functions:
Mosquito repellent and itching relieving: suitable for mosquito bites.
Refreshing: Apply to temples.
Detumescence and detoxification: apply to acne or swelling and pain.
Medical knowledge of each ingredient:
Mint: Fruit juice can relieve itching, pain and swelling.
Honeysuckle: clearing away heat and toxic materials, mashing and external application can be used for sores, carbuncle, swelling and pain, and heat pain.
Natural beeswax: It can heal sores, promote granulation and relieve pain.
Borneolum: resuscitation, clearing away heat and toxic materials, improving eyesight and removing nebula. (note? If expectant mothers use it, don't add borneol. )
Fresh mint: 300g
Fresh honeysuckle: 60 grams. But before the season comes, I use dry ones.
Olive oil: 300g.
Natural beeswax: 50-60g. (You can let the seller cut small pieces to facilitate melting. )
Borneol: 18g.
You need a glass measuring cup or beaker, which can be easily canned (by mouth), cleaned and dried.
Steps:
1, preparation work Fresh mint is washed and dried, but it is best not to stay overnight, mint leaves are easy to turn black, and should be picked if necessary. Honeysuckle is dry, don't wash it.
It is best to have a mortar at home. Mint and honeysuckle are mashed several times. I didn't have it at home, so I broke it with a pulverizer.
3. Put the chopped mint and honeysuckle in a slightly larger container, because olive oil should be added. Stir well and steam for 2 hours. I use a stainless steel basin for dough making at home.
4, 2 hours later, take it out and cool it, find clean gauze to filter out the grease, and put it into a clean and dry glass measuring cup prepared in advance.
5. Put the measuring cup into the hot water of the steamer and stew it, heat it with minimum fire, add beeswax and borneol, and wait for it to melt. This step also takes some time, and the beeswax melts slowly, about 30 minutes.
6. Stir slowly and find that the beeswax is completely melted, so you can fill it. Be careful not to fill the can too full, and cover it when it is cool to a certain extent to avoid steam.
7. It is best to disinfect the small jar bought by T Bao, dip a cotton swab in hydrogen peroxide, turn it inside, turn the lid and dry it. This step can be completed in advance, and the fresh-keeping bag is packed for use.
8. Because it is for children, it is a bit colorful. In fact, the colorful cover is already very beautiful.
