Curry abalone and mushroom pot?
The steps of curry abalone and mushroom soup:

Ingredients: dried abalone 12, sliced ham 50g, Cordyceps 20g (four servings), wild mushrooms 25g, shiitake mushrooms 25g, Coprinus comatus 25g, curry block, salt, yellow wine, ginger slices and chopped green onion.

Practice steps:

(1) Soak abalone for 48 hours (change water for more than 4 times in the middle) and stew it in a stew pot for more than 3 hours.

(2) Cordyceps flowers are soaked in water for one hour, and other bacteria are also soaked in water for one hour.

Note: Cordyceps flowers are soaked separately from bacteria. Because the water of Cordyceps sinensis can be burned as water.

Then: (1) Put the abalone in a casserole, pour in the water and clean water soaked in Cordyceps sinensis, bring to a boil with high fire, and turn the heat down for 3-4 hours.

(2) Add Cordyceps sinensis, various fungi, ham slices, ginger slices and yellow wine and continue stewing for 1 ~ 2 hours.

(3) Add a proper amount of salt and chopped green onion, add curry blocks and stir evenly for 3 minutes.
