A. fuel supply pipeline inspection:
Cleaning of light oil filter;
2. Check the air tightness of the ignition gas pipeline;
3. Check whether the pipeline is unblocked.
B. check all instruments:
Water level gauge flushing;
2. Flush the pressure gauge elbow;
3 Manual test of safety valve.
C. check the burner:
1 flame detector (electric eye) cleans the light receiving surface;
2. Check whether the working pressure of the oil pump is normal;
3. Check whether the burning flame is normal;
4. Check whether the burner sound is abnormal during combustion;
5. Clean the rotor disc;
6. Clean the water wand.
D. check the water inlet system:
Clean water filter;
2. Whether the pump reaches the rated lift and flow;
3. Whether the check valve works normally.
E. empty the daily fuel tank and clean up the sundries. Water quality test, boiler water test.
F. check whether the combustion consumption is normal.
Maintenance items every three months:
In addition to the above inspection items, add inspection items:
A. electrical parts:
Whether the line is loose, aging or out of order;
2. Check whether the electrical components are reliable and overloaded;
3. Whether the electrical protection device is normal;
B. When the soft water tank stops, open the low valve to remove sludge;
C. detect the boiler re-point interlock device:
Low water level;
2. Overvoltage;
3. Turn off the fire;
4. The exhaust temperature is too high;
D quality smoke detection: including smoke composition analysis and tail smoke temperature detection to check whether the combustion works normally.
E. clean the boiler body and burner surface.
Major insurance items of the year:
A. the host part of the ontology
Thoroughly clean the smoke pipe, water pipe, front and rear smoke boxes, furnace parts, burnout room and smoke pipe dust collection.
1. Open the cover completely, check the sealing integrity of inspection holes such as hand holes and manholes, and replace defective gaskets in time.
2. Check the overall instruments and valves, including pressure gauges, pressure controllers and electrode water level controllers, and set up safety valves.
B. Burner parts:
Thoroughly clean the burner rotor disc, ignition device, filter, oil pump, motor and impeller system, and add lubricant to the damper connecting rod device. Re-test the combustion.
C. control part
Overhaul and test electrical components and control lines, clean up the dust in the control box, and test at each control point.
D. water supply system
Overhaul the water treatment device, check whether the water quality meets the standard, comprehensively clean the soft water tank, check the operation and head of the feed pump, and clean the check valve core.
