(1) Before the construction of hinged concrete, the joints shall be removed with bamboo pieces or wooden strips, and then the joints shall be plugged and compacted with high-grade mortar. Finally, the micro-expansion hinged concrete construction is carried out, and the concrete is fully vibrated, and the surface is lower than the beam surface 1cm, so as to prepare for the maintenance and irrigation test. For the hinge joints with leakage in the irrigation test, it is necessary to chisel and repair them. After the construction is completed, connect the bottom plate with concave joints.
(2) Continuous bridge deck should follow the principle of longitudinal first and then transverse. The construction of wet joints should strictly follow the design sequence, and pouring construction in turn is prohibited. Before the construction of micro-expansive concrete, check the welding quality of reinforcement, the sealing quality of negative moment bellows and the cleanliness of bearing surface. Concrete should be poured in layers, and joints should be fully vibrated. After pouring, timely cover with drip irrigation for health preservation.
(3) Before wet joint construction, carefully check the burr of flange plate and the welding quality of reinforcement, and leave photos. Wet joint bottom die brush is hung and fixed with bolts, and iron wire is prohibited. When pouring, the formwork should be kept clean and the surface of old concrete should be wet. Joints should be fully vibrated. Covering drip irrigation for health preservation in time.
2) Concrete bridge deck pavement
(1) The steel mesh is welded firmly, and welded with the shear reinforcement embedded in the beam slab. The steel mesh is supported by planting steel bars to ensure the upper and lower protective layers of the steel mesh.
(2) Strictly control the track elevation. The track is rigid enough not to collapse, so as to ensure the thickness of the bridge deck.
(3) The whole picture shall be poured, and the construction joints shall be minimized. It is forbidden for concrete transport vehicles to walk on steel bars.
(4) Before pouring, water should be sprayed to keep the beam top moist, but no water can accumulate. Concrete should be poured continuously, and the slurry should be collected for the second time, then calendered and smoothed. It is forbidden to sprinkle water on the concrete surface when collecting slurry.
(5) Before the initial setting of concrete, it is forbidden to trample on the bridge deck to avoid damage to the bridge deck.
(6) The concrete bridge deck pavement must adopt vibrating beams, and be equipped with flat vibrators and vibrating rods. It is forbidden to level with laitance in low-lying places.
(7) After pouring, sprinkle water for health in time. Cover with geotextile for moisturizing.
(8) It is forbidden to pull hair or brush hair. After the bridge deck strength is qualified, use sand blasting and shot blasting machine to cut hair. Keep the bridge deck clean after shaving.
(10) The bridge deck can only be opened to traffic after its strength is qualified.
(1 1) The top surface of the drainage pipe should be slightly lower than the surface of the concrete pavement, which is beneficial to the drainage of water between asphalt layers. Drainage pipe installation should be sealed.
