How to cook porridge with an induction cooker?
Cooking porridge is a slow job, and I can't wait to know. Follow my steps to ensure that you eat thick white rice porridge.

The first step is to wash rice.

Come to a container and cook porridge by yourself. Half a bowl of rice is enough, not much. After cleaning, soak the rice in the container for a while if you have time, and use it directly if you don't have time.

Step two, cook.

Put the rice into the special pot of the induction cooker, add a little water, and then adjust the fire power of the induction cooker to 1300 watts (140℃) until the water boils. At this time, you must stir with a spoon, otherwise the rice grains will touch the bottom of the pot.

Step three, turn down the fire.

Boil the fire for 3-5 minutes, reduce it to 400 watts (70-80℃), and leave a small gap in the lid, so as to ensure that the pot will not overflow.

Step 4, add alkaline noodles.

It is the alkaline noodles in our home. Just add a little more after a small fire for 5 minutes. This is to make the rice porridge thicker.

Step five, turn off the fire after 20 minutes.

We're out of glutinous rice porridge.
