Please introduce the characteristics of acacia honey.
1, what is acacia honey?

Sophora japonica honey, also known as locust honey and Sophora japonica honey, is a kind of honey. The color of Sophora japonica honey is yellow, and a few of them are water white. They are all transparent, have a faint scent of Sophora japonica, and are not easy to crystallize, so they are fine honey.

2. How did acacia honey come from?

Sophora japonica honey is taken from a tree called Sophora japonica, which belongs to deciduous trees, and another tree is called Sophora japonica. There is a difference between Sophora japonica and Sophora japonica. Sophora japonica flowers do not bloom and produce honey, but bloom in May. The unique sweetness of Sophora japonica is edible and is a good raw material for making steamed vegetables. In rural areas where Sophora japonica is widely distributed, steamed vegetables with Sophora japonica are the most popular food in full bloom. When I was young, I used to steam acacia flower steamed bread in my hometown. Big cities are the so-called health steamed buns.

The flowering period of Sophora japonica is short, and the output of Sophora japonica honey is easily affected by the weather, which is also a reason for the high price of Sophora japonica honey. For example, during the flowering period, strong winds, heavy rains and droughts will all lead to a decrease in the output of Sophora japonica honey. It is not easy for acacia honey to meet a bumper harvest year.

3. The form of Arabic gum honey

No problem. Pure acacia honey is water white. This kind of acacia is the purest and most expensive. But such lovesickness is almost hard to see and buy. Even though my family has been beekeeping for more than 30 years, I have never drunk the purest acacia. What? Some people suspect that the doorman is talking nonsense, which means that your acacia is not pure acacia. I can definitely answer: Yes, my family can't produce pure acacia either. As for the reason, I will explain later.

Sophora japonica honey is slightly yellow in color, but its transparency is absolutely high. Nowadays, many materials define the color of Sophora japonica honey as light yellow, because water white is too ugly and difficult to buy. But no one said why. I can tell you the truth. Each kind of honey corresponds to a honey source plant. Honey is made by bees collecting nectar, not drinking out of thin air.

The reason is that if you want to collect pure acacia honey, all bees must remove honey from acacia flowers, so the collected acacia honey is pure. Is it simple? This is the problem. There are several reasons, which will lead to impurity of acacia honey.

1. There are other nectar plants when Robinia pseudoacacia blooms. For example, when we were picking Robinia pseudoacacia flowers at Daguangcun Beekeeping Farm, there were blooming paulownia trees with honey on them.

2. Bees will make mistakes when they follow the instructions of the reconnaissance bees. Bees are social animals. Every day, where to collect honey, the reconnaissance bees will come back to tell where there is a honey source, and then go out to work collectively. For example, the reconnaissance bee said that there was acacia in the northeast 1 km, and everyone rushed to pick it. However, some bees flew half a kilometer and saw the nectar plants here. Why did I run so far? I picked a mess.

In recent years, the number of acacia trees has decreased in a large area. There are almost no specially planted acacia trees in the open space, which are basically wild acacia trees. This kind of tree is useless to human beings. If it is cut down again and again, it will be extinct in decades to hundreds of years without accident.

Of course, there are other reasons. In short, whether it is a single honey source has a great influence on the purity of honey.

4. Identification of acacia honey

The flowering period of acacia honey mentioned above is very short, so there are many different kinds of acacia honey on the market.

If the concentration is not high, the flowering time of Sophora japonica is short, which has a great influence on the yield. The production cycle of mature Sophora japonica honey is longer. Beekeepers blindly pursue yield and will leave quality behind. In fact, for our beekeepers, if we produce one kilogram of honey, we will sell one kilogram more. Anyway, the buyer will take it directly. Even if Sophora japonica reaches 38 degrees, the degree of finished bottled honey will generally not be lower than 465438+. Honey with low degree is not easy to preserve and is easy to ferment and deteriorate. Because my honey is for sale, I try to take mature honey and ensure the quality.

The color of acacia honey is absolutely white. As mentioned above, there is very little absolutely white acacia honey. If there is, and it is mass-produced by the manufacturer, then there must be something wrong with it, and it is adulterated, because there is a great market demand, and there is a small amount of acacia honey in it, and the rest is sweetener. Many people say that honey is mixed with sugar because of crystallization, wrong! Sugar does not crystallize easily. More importantly, the method of adding sugar is out of date, because the cost of sugar is higher than that of a sweetener called preserved fruit syrup (called different places). This sweetener is only about one yuan per catty, it is liquid, and it feels exactly the same as Sophora japonica honey, amber, almost transparent, and never precipitates and crystallizes. Using this sweetener, adding a small amount of acacia honey, the cost per catty is also three or four yuan, which absolutely makes you unable to distinguish between true and false, and some even sell you this sweetener, also called acacia honey.

For example, red acacia honey is the acacia in the picture above. This acacia is not water white, nor is it directly light. So is this honey locust? I have two explanations. One is that this honey is the inferior acacia harvested by beekeepers. After concentration, the original white acacia will turn red. Second, other kinds of honey pass off as acacia.

Crystallized acacia honey. Pure acacia honey is not crystallized. If there is a small amount of crystals at the bottom, it is actually normal. If most of them are crystals, I won't say more about the reasons. Other honey passed off as acacia.

There is a strange smell of Sophora japonica. In fact, honey processed by enterprises has a strange smell. I also bought honey from the supermarket and tasted it. It stinks. Real Sophora japonica honey has the unique floral fragrance of Sophora japonica. If there is no floral fragrance or the fragrance is wrong, the purity of Sophora japonica honey can be basically judged.

Basically, there are only a few points I can think of now, and you can enjoy them in detail.

5, the effect of acacia honey

Can't say that the amount of acacia honey is small, then acacia honey is no problem, of course not, it has many benefits!

Protecting spleen and stomach, clearing away heat and toxic materials, removing toxic substances and fat, removing wrinkles and spots, beautifying and strengthening body resistance, maintaining normal resistance of capillaries, relaxing blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, improving blood circulation and preventing arteriosclerosis, which is more suitable for cardiovascular patients and used for preventing apoplexy.

Taking it before going to bed can reduce the excitability of the central nervous system and play a harmless hypnotic role. Taking this honey regularly can improve people's mood and achieve the effect of peace of mind.

Sophora japonica honey has a faint fragrance of Sophora japonica (fresh Sophora japonica honey tastes slightly light, sometimes it is considered to have no fragrance because of different personal sensory tastes). It is delicious, sweet and refreshing, sweet but not greasy, and is deeply loved by people all over the world.
