The materials to be prepared in advance are: 20g peanut, coix seed 10g, mung bean 10g, lotus seed 10g, 20g fresh lily, jujube 10g and 50g rice.
1. Step 1: Soak the prepared peanuts, mung beans, coix seed, lotus seeds and rice in water for 60 minutes.
2. After killing, add water and rice.
3. Pour the beans into the casserole.
4. Then add the prepared red dates.
5. Cover the lid, bring it to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes.
