Method of soaking papaya in wine:

Papaya wine's production steps

1, picking fresh Xuan papaya (northern papaya).

2. Wash and dry papaya, remove seeds and slice.

3. Put the cut papaya into a container, add sugar and mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Put the pickled papaya into a ceramic wine bottle, add rock sugar, and pour in white wine to completely submerge the papaya. After sealing the bottle with plastic wrap, cover the bottle cap and soak it for 2 weeks before drinking.
