Agile Wang Xian Eco-Town Project is located in Heping Community, Wangxian Town, Suxian District, by the Longtan Lake. On 20 13 12 3 1 day, Suxian District Government signed a cooperative development agreement with Agile Property Holdings Limited, with a total investment of1500 million yuan and a construction period of about 8 years.
It is understood that the total planned area of the project is more than 8,000 mu, including about 5,000 mu of construction land, including high-end resort hotels and international sports companies. The construction of this project will create a holiday resort integrating tourism, health care and leisure for our city. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that it can accommodate 80,000 people, provide rich employment opportunities for local residents, make great contributions to local finance and taxation, and open a new mode of livable, suitable for business and happy tourism and health preservation for Huxiang people.
