2. Members: composed of the heads of various departments of the unit. There are fire fighting action group, evacuation guidance group, communication and facilities support group and safety protection and rescue group.

3. Responsibilities: Make decisions according to the site conditions, give instructions to all groups, direct fire fighting and evacuation actions, hand over the command after the arrival of the public security fire brigade, and cooperate with the public security fire brigade.

Fire action team

1. Person in charge: company defined.

2. Membership: determined by the company.

3. Responsibilities: The first fire fighting force takes measures to control the fire within 60 seconds, and the second fire fighting force arrives at the scene within 3 minutes after receiving the fire alarm, and carries out fire fighting actions according to the site conditions.

Three evacuation steering groups

1. Person in charge: company defined.

2. Members: The unit decides by itself to specify evacuation guides corresponding to floors, evacuation passages and safety exits, and is responsible for organizing and guiding the safe evacuation of people present.

3. Responsibilities: After receiving the fire alarm information, guide the staff and customers in the unit to evacuate and check whether there are people stranded on each floor.

4. Security Protection and Rescue Team

1. Person in charge: company defined.

2. Member: defined by the company.

3. Responsibilities: After receiving the fire information, clear the outdoor fire lane, open the manhole cover of underground fire hydrant, assist in evacuation, give initial rescue to the injured, call "120" for help as appropriate, and assist the medical staff to send the injured to the hospital for treatment; Set up a security alert area to prevent pedestrians from being injured by falling objects on the floor and prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the building.

5. Communications and Facilities Support Section:

1. Person in charge: person in charge of engineering installation department.

2. Members: relevant personnel of the Engineering Equipment Department.

3. Responsibilities: Cut off the non-fire power supply, ensure the power supply of lighting and fire-fighting facilities and equipment, force the fire elevator to land, lock the passenger and freight elevators on the first floor, stop the air conditioning, and control the automatic fire-fighting facilities such as smoke control facilities, fire shutter and fire pump. If the linkage control fails, the personnel on duty in the engineering equipment department will rush to the equipment to implement manual control, providing equipment protection for fire prevention and evacuation.

Second, the alarm and alarm handling procedures

When any unit personnel find a fire, they should immediately press the nearby manual alarm button or telephone to report to the fire control room. Patrol personnel or nearby staff at the scene of the fire should immediately form the first fire fighting force and take measures to control the fire within 60 seconds until the fire fighting action team of the second fire fighting force arrives at the scene to take action.

Fire alarm confirmation

The fire control room must verify any fire alarm signal, and the verification of fire alarm shall be based on the personnel language.

3. Call the police and enter a state of emergency.

After confirming the fire alarm, follow the following procedures:

1. The fire control room puts the linkage control of automatic fire-fighting facilities in the "automatic" state, forces the fire elevator to land, and cooperates with the fire-fighting group and evacuation group to control and start the emergency broadcast, smoke control system and related automatic fire-fighting facilities on the fire floor at any time.

2. The personnel on duty in the fire control room shall report to the "1 19" public security fire command center.

3. The fire control room informs the power distribution room to cut off the daily circuit of the fire floor, and informs the power distribution room to ensure the electricity consumption of lighting and fire control facilities and equipment, and confirms the state of the power control cabinet of fire control facilities and equipment; Turn off the central air conditioner.

4. Inform the personnel on duty to be in place, and the personnel at all levels are in place to launch fire fighting and evacuation operations:

1. The fire fighting action team of the second fire brigade rushed to the scene of the fire within 3 minutes, and used the fire extinguishers and indoor fire hydrants of the nearest fire fighting facilities for initial fire fighting. The third fire fighting force of the public security fire brigade assisted in the fire fighting after being present.

2. The emergency evacuation team shall notify the staff of the unit through broadcasting and publicity, and each evacuation guide shall use the nearest safe evacuation passage to guide the personnel to evacuate to a safe place at the post specified in the plan, count the number of people and report to the on-site fire brigade.

3. The communication liaison and facilities support team ensures smooth communication between the headquarters and various teams, uninterrupted fire power consumption and normal performance of fire control facilities.

4. The safety protection and rescue team shall carry out regional alert, clear the parking passage, and open the underground fire manhole cover to meet the fire truck; Set up a security alert area to prevent pedestrians from being injured by falling objects on the floor and prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the building.

4. Fire alarm cancelled

After the fire is extinguished, thoroughly inspect the fire site and related parts to confirm that it has been completely extinguished, the smoke has been basically removed, and all evacuated objects have been safely evacuated. After consulting the public security firefighters, give fire fighting instructions.

After the fire is lifted, send people to protect the scene and assist the public security fire control institutions to investigate the cause of the fire.
