In the process of each layer of concrete pouring, with the pouring of concrete, the internal vibrator is used to vibrate and compact in time. In order to prevent surface cracks caused by excessive temperature difference between inside and outside of concrete during hydration and condensation, slurry should be collected in time and cured immediately after concrete pouring.

The vibrating mode should be vertical vibrating with an internal vibrator, the moving distance should not be greater than 1.5 times the radius of action, and the depth of inserting the lower concrete should be 50 ~100 mm. The vibrator should avoid colliding with the steel bar and the formwork, and should not vibrate directly or indirectly through the steel bar, and should keep 50 ~ 65438+ with the side formwork. Moisture secreted by concrete during pouring and vibrating shall be removed in time. After pouring is completed, the exposed surface of concrete should be trimmed and smooth in time.
