The component content is higher than the international standard, and the deep temperature can reach 87.3℃. "According to the introduction of relevant departments in Fuzhou, the hot springs there are very close to Changle Airport and have great potential for development and utilization.

Guo Renxian, chairman of Fuzhou Juchunyuan Group, introduced that the group is responsible for developing Changle "Golden Bay Hot Spring Resort". The project is located in Nan 'ao Bay, Zhanggang, Changle, adjacent to Changle Haibeng Park. The original annex and 36 villas of Changle Golden Beach Surrounding the Sea Hotel will be transformed into a five-star hot spring resort integrating catering accommodation, conference tourism, bathing beach and hot spring bathing. The total investment of the project is about 400 million yuan, and the planning and design company in Singapore will be invited to design it.

Changle "Jinbangwan Hot Spring Resort" covers an area of 92.45 mu and has 500 planned rooms. It is planned to build a seaside tourism and leisure area integrating a spa health club, a spa swimming pool, a tennis court, a fitness center and a bathing beach as supporting facilities for the resort. After the project is completed, it will be the first large-scale coastal hot spring resort in Fuzhou.
