What is the best water for Fugui bamboo?
The following three kinds of water are better for Fu Guizhu:

1. Purified water: It is better to maintain Fuguizhu with ordinary barreled purified water, because purified water is rich in more minerals and ions, which can make Fuguizhu grow faster and help it take root and sprout quickly.

2. Tap water: Generally, Fu Guizhu in China will be raised with tap water, but tap water will contain chlorine that is unfavorable to Fu Guizhu's growth, so it needs to be placed in the sun for about two or three days before use.

3. Tea: Fu Guizhu can also be raised with tea. Tea is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and other elements, which is beneficial to the growth of Fugui bamboo.

Fuguizhu prefers acidic water, and can usually be raised with pure water and tap water. In addition, adding nails, rooting solution, nutrient solution, ferrous sulfate and charcoal to the water for raising Fugui bamboo will make Fugui bamboo grow faster. When cultivating Fu Guizhu in water, we should pay attention to adding water to one third of the bottle, and make the water temperature as same as room temperature as possible.
