Abstract: Under the new curriculum standard, the requirements of physical education teaching design are put forward, which is the beginning from teaching plan to teaching design. This paper discusses the design methods and suggestions of various elements in physical education teaching design.

The purpose of physical education teaching design is to optimize teaching, which is based on teaching theory, learning theory and physical education teaching. Then, how to design the physical education teaching design, and what should the physical education teaching design do?

First, the preparation of teaching methods

Traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the teaching needs under the new curriculum reform, and the design of physical education teaching strategies has become an important part. In the way of learning, we should change receptive learning into active learning and give full play to the main role. Teachers encourage students to experience boldly, explore cooperatively and give full play to their initiative and creativity. In the way of teaching presentation, it is not only to demonstrate first and then let students imitate learning, but to change the procedure so that students can try to practice first and then experience standardized movements under the guidance of teachers, mainly to let students feel and experience, and more indirectly to let students learn knowledge and skills. In the way of teacher-student interaction, the communication between students and teachers is very important, rather than the transfer of teaching students by a single teacher. The relationship between teachers and students is equal and develops together in the mutual communication between teaching and learning.

Second, the preparation of teaching objectives

Under the guidance of this goal, traditional physical education equates physical education classroom teaching with competitive training, the teaching methods and contents are too simple, the teaching contents are not linked with real life, and students' psychological characteristics and personality development are less considered, thus reducing students' emotional experience of physical education, lacking the guidance of scientific and healthy methods, and obliterating their innovative spirit. In today's new curriculum reform, the new curriculum standard requires a wider range of physical education teaching design, and the diversification of teaching objectives is more suitable for the requirements of students' all-round development. Like what? Figure 1? As the picture shows, among the five teaching goals, there are goals in the field of operation, goals in the field of cognition and goals in the field of psychological quality. Of course, after the teaching objectives are determined, the next step is to consider how to further refine the teaching objectives. The most important thing in target refinement is operability, which is tangible. After the goal is achieved, it has obvious characteristics and can measure the result of the goal. The refinement of goals includes three elements, one is behavior, that is, what students do and how to do it, the other is conditions, that is, under what circumstances to achieve goals, and the third is standards, that is, what requirements to achieve, that is, results. Finally, the teaching objectives are evaluated, that is, the evaluation of learning effect. The higher the goal achievement rate, the higher the teaching quality. If the teaching objectives are inconsistent with the teaching results, we should re-establish the teaching objectives or readjust the teaching process. Only by setting teaching objectives in advance and letting students study together can we strengthen the expected behavior in teaching activities according to teaching conditions and ensure the realization of teaching objectives.

Third, the compilation of the teaching process

Teaching process is the core of classroom and the main part of teaching design. This part embodies teachers' teaching ideas, teaching methods, teaching strategies and teaching techniques. The design of teaching process is actually the teaching process, which is shown in different ways in turn. The design of the teaching process has the basic structure of the classroom and the relationship between each part, showing how teachers organize students to achieve efficient teaching according to the preset teaching steps, teaching contents and teaching methods.
