Practitioners should choose a quiet place to practice when doing movements, and can adopt sitting, lying and standing postures.
The mechanism of six-character song regulating zang-fu organs is mainly to change people's mouth shape and breath through pronunciation, exhale with different mouth shapes, produce different breath and strength, act on different zang-fu organs, and change the corresponding meridians and qi and blood as a method to treat diseases. The six words corresponding to internal organs are:
Liver belongs to wood, "deficiency" gas is used for diarrhea, and inhalation is used for tonic.
Heart belongs to fire, with "harmony" gas as the attack and inhalation as the supplement.
Spleen belongs to soil, and "Hu" gas is used for diarrhea and inhalation for tonic.
Lung belongs to gold, so "_(si)" qi is diarrhea, and inhalation is tonic.
Kidney belongs to water, so "vertical" qi is used for diarrhea and inhalation is used for tonic.
Triple energizer belongs to qi, with (xi) qi as diarrhea and suction as supplement.
The specific way is: breathe through your mouth and nose, and pronounce words when you exhale, but you can't make a sound. Exhale as smoothly and as long as possible until there is no air to breathe, then close your mouth and inhale repeatedly through your nose.
For example, if you want to regulate the liver meridian, you should exhale with the word "shush" and do the export-oriented "shush" action, but it will not make a sound. When you can't shush any more, you will feel the most obvious lesion on your ribs (liver area). In addition, focusing on your ribs while relaxing your qi will also help to smooth your liver qi.
The same is true of other five-character methods. Pay attention to the heart, stomach, lungs, kidneys and life.
