Who can help explain the unity of nature and man, natural therapy?
Man is born with the spirit of heaven and earth, and the law of four seasons is achieved. As early as more than two thousand years ago, our ancestors realized the close relationship between man and nature, and thought that man was a product of nature, and the phenomenon of human life was a part of natural phenomena. The function of human body must be consistent with the changes in nature in order to maintain life. This is the view of "harmony between man and nature". For example, Su Wenjin said that "the five internal organs should be at four o'clock" and "harmonize yin and yang and adjust them at four o'clock". Because man and nature are a unified whole, the functional activities of the five internal organs and the operation of qi and blood are closely related to the changes of seasons. Therefore, from ancient times to now, climate-phenology-disease has become an important topic for TCM health preserving scientists. When the climate changes, the human body will inevitably have some reactions. For example, in spring and summer, when the weather gets warmer, the yang that has been dormant in the human body for a winter begins to grow outward, pushing the blood to the body surface, accelerating the blood circulation of the skin, releasing sweat pores and sweating. This is the way for the human body to regulate the excess yang in the body by sweating and radiating heat. In autumn and winter, with the decrease of temperature, yang will be suppressed, and qi and blood will be internalized, which is characterized by dense skin and less sweating. This is to ensure that the yang will not spread excessively, and at the same time, it can ensure the normal metabolism and discharge of water and liquid. Chinese medicine believes that the pulse of the human body can reflect the physiology and pathology of the human body, which is called "pulse condition". The pulse condition of the human body will also change due to the climate change of the four seasons. Li Shizhen in the Ming Dynasty said in the book Four Characters: "The spring string is Xia Hong, the autumn hair is winter stone, and the four seasons are warm, which is called flat pulse." In other words, the pulse condition in spring and summer is more frequent than that in autumn and winter, which is due to the rising of yang in spring and summer and the surge of qi and blood, just like boiling water. Yang is hot and blood is like water. When water is boiled, it will boil and roll upward. Similarly, blood will move to the surface of human body, rush violently and fill veins, so it can be obtained by touching, and the pulse shape is large. In autumn and winter, the yang converges, the heat is insufficient, the blood circulation is relatively calm, and the position is low, so it is obtained by pressing again, and the pulse shape is small. Chinese medicine also believes that fainting in the morning and evening also has an impact on the human body. People's work and rest should conform to the changes of yin and yang in the human body, and they should rest in time when the yang is suppressed at night. Staying up late for a long time will unbalance yin and yang, consume gas and yin, and cause many diseases. I transferred it from my good friend ... Hehe, thank you for your support.
