Among the silk books unearthed in Mawangdui, there are ten questions, and Peng Zu answers the questions of health preservation in Wang Ziqiao's father's room, which further shows that "keeping the best in the room" is the key to longevity. Prince Qiaofu asked Peng Zu. Peng Zu replied: "The popularity is not as good as the essence, the qi is closed, the pulse is sick, the qi is unsuccessful, and you can't take it, so your life is over." It is pointed out that the perfection of reproductive essence is the key to keep fit. He also said: "If there is a disaster in life, its yin essence will be drained and its pulse will be wasted. He gets angry from time to time. Go away. The layman belongs to Dr. Wu. He is seventy years old, and his shape will be heaven. Praising suicide is also sad! Live in peace? The system is formulated by the teacher, and its essence is closed under reality. Don't suppress your anger. Mind controls life and death, which wins or loses? Be careful not to lose it and live forever. " Peng Zu believes that "the leakage of yin essence" is the root of "laity" and "bitterness". You must be "practical" and "careful not to lose" in order to "live forever". Peng Zu said, "The son is arrogant and fierce, so be careful not to go in or out, and bury him for beauty. What's wrong with it? Here is the method of "fixing sperm". If the "pure child" ends the "anger", it will make the sexual function healthy and enhance the body's resistance. What diseases will it produce? This naturally achieves the goal of longevity. Fifth, Peng Zu's "way of keeping in good health" particularly emphasizes "quietness", conforms to the laws of nature and social changes, maintains harmony and unity with the outside world, and is not artificially violated. When talking about the relationship between health preservation and the four seasons, Peng Zu said: "The way of health preservation does not hurt the body. The husband is warm in winter and cool in summer, without losing the sum of the four seasons, so it is suitable for the body ("Fairy Biography"). Keeping quiet is also the key to Peng Zu's health. " "Fairy Biography" said: "Quiet and quiet, self-healing." "Quiet" is the foundation of Taoist health preservation. There are more than a dozen expositions about "quietness" in Laozi, among which the most wonderful description is: "Be empty and be quiet. "This is the highest state of Taoist static work. Peng Zu also adheres to the principle of "keeping quiet" in his daily behavior: "Travel less, and walk alone when you are alone. People don't know what they want, but you can't wait for them "... if you have horses and chariots, you often don't bring them, or hundreds of days, or dozens of mouths. If you don't hold food, you will have as much food and clothing as people when you return home. "He walked alone, quietly, and quietly. It can be seen that Peng Zu also advocates keeping calm. In "Zhuangzi", Peng Zu is classified as a school of shaping, but in fact he is a school of shaping, which is different from the theory of "cultivating the spirit" advocated by Laozi, Zhuangzi and Huainanzi. For the colorful world of human society, Peng Zu thinks that beauty, beauty, leisure and entertainment are not confused, so they are also interlinked. Automobile service is dignified and contented, so it is consistent. Eight tones and five colors are pleasing to the eye, so they guide the heart. All this is to support life, and people who can't think about it will soon suffer. From ancient times to man, I was afraid that I was the son of a gifted scholar, but I didn't know anything and couldn't give it back, so I lost my source. Five tones make people deaf, five flavors make people cold, and those who can spare no effort to publicize their appropriateness and restrain their obstruction will benefit from the reduction of years. All these things are like fire and water, and excessive use will cause harm (Legend of the Immortal). Peng Zu, as a vassal, did not regard beauty, exquisiteness, bel canto and beautiful ornaments as stunners, which were beneficial to health and could not be completely banned. The key is how to treat them. Peng Zu has repeatedly warned people with "bad habits" that these foreign objects are like fire and water to life. If overused, they will not live long, but will accelerate their death. Only by "publicizing festivals and fitting festivals" can we prolong life. Peng Zu's influence Peng Zu regards health preservation as an important part of human health, and organically combines medical ethics with longevity. At the latest in Wei and Jin Dynasties, people called Qi Huang Peng Bian, the four great medical ancestors. Tao Hongjing's Preface to Famous Doctors said: "In the past, King Shen Nong also painted eight diagrams to communicate with ghosts and gods, saved the lives of farmers, and declared the life of saving heaven by curing diseases. These three have been highlighted by saints. ..... Qi, Huang, Peng, Bian, Zhenyang's guidance, and making money with kindness. "The Huangdi Neijing handed down by Zeebe and Huangdi has nine volumes of Bian Que Neijing and twelve volumes of Bian Que Waijing (Han Shu Literature and Art Annals), while Peng Zu Edible Classic (see Compendium of Materia Medica and Peng Zu Classic) was written by Peng Zu. The Legend of Immortals says: "Those who have the monarch of Huangshan Mountain after them have practiced the art of Peng Zu, and they are still young at several hundred years old. When Peng Zu went, he followed his words and thoughts (Peng Zu classics). "This book is written by a disciple. Ge Hong's "Bao Pu Zi Yuan Lan" contains a volume of Peng Zu Jing, which was almost written by Huang Shanjun. The medical prescriptions in Sui Shu Jingji Zhi include Peng Zu Yang Xingjing and Peng Zu Nourishing Sex. For the former, see "New Tang Shuyi Wen Zhi". Therefore, Peng Zu left at least four books on medical health preservation, some of which are still preserved in Compendium of Materia Medica. It is well-deserved for the master to call it the ancestor of medicine. Peng Zu's health qigong, that is, expelling the old, absorbing the new, holding one's breath, moving one's eyes and moving one's breath, has directly influenced the theory and practice of Taoist inner alchemy and has become one of the lessons of Taoist daily practice. Bamboo slips unearthed from Mawangdui Han Tomb include Health Preserving Recipe, Ten Questions, Harmony Recipe of Yin and Yang, Discussion on the Right Way in the World, Miscellaneous Recipes and so on. Among them, Peng Zu's views on residential art are very incisive. It shows that the Huang family's research on the relationship between residence and longevity reached a high level in the early Han Dynasty. Thus, Peng Zu's practice of keeping quiet, eating, guiding, breathing and making love in the room has really played an important role in keeping fit and prolonging life. His theory and practice had a great influence on China ancient medicine, physical education, life science, health preservation and many other fields, and left us with valuable ideological wealth.
