Located in the center of Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, at the southern foot of Longquan Mountain with lush trees, facing the sparkling Yaojiang River. Green mountains and green waters complement each other. Today, it is one of the legal temples approved by the government and a famous scenic spot in Yuyao. According to records, Longquan Temple in Yuyao was built in the second year of Xiankang in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (AD 336), with a history of 1700 years. Similar to Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou, it is a famous temple in eastern Zhejiang with Tiantong Temple in Ningbo.
