How to stand a round pile
The following is a kind of pile mentioned in Lu's Structure collected by myself. Personally, I think it's quite good, and I have gained a lot of inspiration from my own training in Gong Zhuang. You can learn about it, I hope it will be useful to you.

Positive definite formula is the most basic and important static definite formula (commonly known as vertical pile) in Shandong structure, and it is the fundamental pile method to improve people's quality of life and obtain harmonious six sides and one physical strength. Other static and dynamic forms follow this principle and essentials, and harmonious power is the foundation of other advanced martial arts. So beginners should attach great importance to it and practice hard.

Training methods

1, posture

Open your left leg, your feet are parallel and your toes are forward. The inside of the foot can accommodate the width of the shoulder, the knee is slightly bent, the arm is bent, the elbow is supported outward, and the height is flat with the chest; The forearms are also flush with the chest, the palms are raised, and the palms are relatively slightly rotated forward. Fingers are naturally separated and stretched in the direction of raising hands. The tiger's jaw is round, its palm is concave and the back of its hand is convex. The upper body leans forward about 65 degrees, and the center of gravity (heart socket) of the upper body falls vertically at the midpoint of the connecting line between the two toes, and the whole body feels pulled up and seems to be suspended.

2. Elements of various parts of the body

(1) header

The head needs to stand upright and pull up slightly, indicating that it is condescending and eyeing. Baihui point on the top of the head has the meaning of contraction, and the face is relaxed and quiet. Seeking health can make the upper eyelids droop from the outside, the eyes converge, and the mind does not overflow; An attacker can keep his eyes fixed on the front. The nose can breathe and the mouth closes naturally. The ear should concentrate on listening.

(2) the neck

The chin is retracted, the cervical vertebra is slightly upright backward, and the neck is vertical, straightening the physiological curvature formed the day after tomorrow.

(3) shoulders

The shoulder is required to relax naturally, avoid arching upward, and then support outward to relax the shoulder tendon outward, and at the same time, the shoulder is slightly rotated inward, and the clavicle is slightly extended forward and abduction.

(4) Elbow

Elbows are supported to the left and right, and the elbows should be slightly lower than the shoulders in space.

(5) Wrist

The fingers are open and the palms are slightly concave, indicating that the tendons on both sides of the wrist are naturally stretched, and the ligaments on the wrist and palm are naturally slightly tight. The spatial position of the wrist should be on the same slope as the shoulder and elbow when viewed from the side.

(6) Chest

The chest is slightly retracted, the chest muscles are not tense, the chest and abdomen are relaxed, and the sternal xiphoid process is lowered.

(7) back

The two blades are opened left and right, and the kyphosis extends upward at the same time to adjust the physiological curvature of the spine.

(8) Waist

The waist should be upright, the lumbar spine should be upright, the hips should be retracted and sit back slightly, so that the whole spine is upright and the sacrum is drooping. It is forbidden to retract forward.

(9) Hips

The vertical line on the outside of the upper body should not be aligned with the hips, and the upper body should fall on the inside of the hips.

(10) knee

Grasp the ground with ten toes, and the feet are empty, which makes the spring feel upward. The heel touches the ground, and the weight of the whole body is borne by the palms and toes. Bend your knees over your toes and lift them forward to avoid the simple downward pressure of your body weight caused by simple downward bending of your knees.

(1 1) feet

Ten toes are straight and twisted tightly to the ground, the center of heel touches the ground, and the foot is slightly arched.
