The way of TCM health preservation is an activity to prolong life through various methods of health preservation, physical fitness and disease prevention. So how many aspects of health care? The health preservation of Huangdi Neijing can be summarized into four aspects: diet, daily life, exercise and emotion.

Health care first emphasizes "harmonizing yin and yang". Diet is the main way for people to absorb nutrition and energy from the external environment, and it is the basis of life activities, which is closely related to people's survival.

There are four main schools of health preservation in China, all of which have a source: the Book of Changes. Four schools refer to Taoist health, Confucian health, Buddhist health and physician health. Confucian health care focuses on yang, Taoist health care focuses on yin, and Buddhist health care focuses on nourishing the heart. Of course, strictly speaking, Buddhists are not healthy, but objectively speaking, Buddhists are the most healthy.

Buddhists cultivate the mind, eat vegetarian food, and form good living habits: eat less and eat more, only seven points full. Eat well in the morning, at noon and at night. There is a saying in Huangdi Neijing that "all the eleven zang-fu organs depend on gallbladder", that is to say, all the zang-fu organs depend on the growth of gallbladder, and the gallbladder will also grow, so that the qi and blood of the whole body can rise accordingly. Therefore, children must sleep deeply and pay attention to the depth of sleep, that is to say, they must fall asleep before 1 1 at night to ensure their deep sleep.

It's 5: 00 to 7: 00 in the morning. At this time, the sky is basically bright, the Tianmen is open, and it is normal to wake up at five o'clock. This time is the season of large intestine menstruation, so after getting up, you should defecate normally and discharge garbage and toxins. It's dawn, so at this time, the landlord should also open his anus and develop the habit of defecation in the morning.

At noon, that is, 1 1 to 1, the sun is the most abundant. I felt tired and sleepy at noon after working all morning. At this point, the heart sutra is at the right time. A study in Spain and the United States shows that 6 am to noon 12 am is the critical period of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which is the devil's time. So take a nap at this time of noon. Some people say that I can't sleep or can't sleep. Just close my eyes for a while.

From 5 pm to 7 pm, the kidney meridian is in season. Kidney governs storing essence. Human kidney essence is the source of life, just like water, it can nourish everything. Therefore, it is necessary to tonify kidney essence at this time, so that the kidney water is not exhausted and not static.

"Work" means "labor" and labor work, which is an exercise for health preservation. "Don't be rash" means don't overdo it and don't overdo it.
