What about flatulence?

Stomach and intestines will flatulence. Stomach flatulence is related to eating, and intestinal flatulence is related to digestion. How to prevent/mitigate? Eat less gas-producing foods, such as onions, garlic, milk, etc., chew slowly, eat more foods containing crude fiber, and don't overeat.
