In winter, the weather is cold, everything is depressed, or the wind is cold, so the ancients have the saying that "warm wine" is warm. In winter, when the temperature is low, you can "scald" some yellow rice wine or rice wine to warm the wine. Many people have the problem of cold hands and feet. You can also burn some wine or add some yellow wine when cooking.

Liquor can be drunk while it is hot. First, because liquor contains harmful substances, blanching liquor at a proper temperature can volatilize these harmful substances; Second, it is beneficial to protect the spleen and stomach, especially those with deficiency-cold constitution should not drink cold wine.

Yellow rice wine can be drunk while it is hot. Yellow rice wine contains a very small amount of organic compounds such as methanol, aldehydes and ethers. Organic compounds such as aldehydes and ethers have low boiling points. If yellow rice wine is scalded to about 70 degrees Celsius, a very small amount of organic compounds, such as methanol, aldehydes, ethers and so on. During blanching, it will volatilize with the increase of temperature, and at the same time, the ester aromatic hydrocarbons contained in yellow rice wine will volatilize with the increase of temperature, making the wine taste sweeter, mellow and fragrant.

Yellow rice wine should not be scalded for too long. Warm drinking can make it gentle and supple, and can better release the mellow flavor of yellow rice wine. If shredded ginger or plum is added, the liquor will be more mellow and the nutritional effect will be better.
