(1) Jujube Lotus Seed and Pig Tail Soup
① Ingredients: dried lotus seed 100g, pig tail 1, 5 red dates, ginger, cooking wine and onion.
② Wash the red dates and soak the dried lotus seeds in water for 2 hours.
③ Wash the pig's tail and fly.
(4) Put pig's tail, onion, ginger and cooking wine into a pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil into juice.
⑤ Put the red bunches and lotus seeds into the pot, pour in the soup, and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat, then serve.
⑥ Efficacy:
Jujube is warm and sweet, and has the effects of invigorating spleen and stomach, benefiting qi and promoting fluid production. The pigtail is flat, sweet and salty, and has the function of strengthening the waist and spine. Lotus seeds are flat in nature and sweet in taste, and have the effects of strengthening the spleen and stopping diarrhea, tonifying the kidney and astringent essence, nourishing the heart and calming the nerves.
(2) Peanut pig tail soup
① Ingredients: 3 pigtails, peanuts 150g, a little clove, rice wine 1 teaspoon, and a little salt.
(2) Clean pig tail hair, chop it into small pieces and rinse it with boiling water. Pour 1200ml water into a saucepan, add peanuts and cook for 1 hour.
(3) Add a little oil to the hot pot and fry the pig's tail until the skin is slightly brown.
(4) Stir-fry pig's tail with peanut soup, stew clove 1 hour, and add rice wine and salt to taste.
⑤ Efficacy:
Enriching blood and promoting lactation. The treatment of postpartum galactorrhea is suitable for postpartum hypogalactia.
(3) Braised pig tails with peanuts and red dates
① Materials: 60g peanuts, 4 jujubes, 1 braid.
② Wash peanuts first, shave off the pigtails, wash them and chop them into small pieces.
(3) Then put all the materials into a pot, add a proper amount of water, boil with strong fire, simmer with slow fire until the peanuts are cooked, and season.
4 eating method: eat with or with meals.
⑤ Efficacy:
Spleen and stomach, kidney water. Indications: Long-term incurable nephropathy, which belongs to deficiency of both spleen and kidney, pale complexion, backache and fatigue, edema of lower limbs, etc.
