Method 1: Boil the water, drop some oil, and then put the vegetables in for cooking. Remember to put salt before cooking.
You can add chopped green onion or something. It's called boiled vegetables.
Method 2: Heat the pan, put oil in it, and stir-fry the vegetables until they are half-cooked (you can add some ginger slices to make them taste better).
After cooking, add water and boil the soup. When it is ripe, add salt and chopped green onion.
Vegetables can be cooked with tofu. Stir-fry vegetables and add water. When the water is still cold, put the tofu in, add salt, simmer for five minutes and take it out.
