Medicated diet health: strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach to talk about Dendrobium
Dendrobium is a perennial evergreen herb of Orchidaceae. Its medicinal part is stem, which often grows on the shady side of inaccessible cliffs or on the old branches of pine trees in deep mountains and dense forests. Nourished by morning dew all year round, it is the essence of picking moonlight and has high medicinal and nourishing value. Chinese medicine believes that Dendrobium is sweet and light in taste, slightly salty and cold in nature, and enters the lungs, stomach and kidneys. Has the effects of invigorating spleen, regulating stomach, nourishing yin and promoting fluid production. Here are two kinds of Dendrobium dietotherapy remedies.

1. Dianthus jujubes tripe soup

Dendrobium and Polygonatum odoratum each 10g, tripe 500g, five red dates, one salt and one monosodium glutamate. Removing the core from the red dates; Dendrobium and Polygonatum odoratum are wrapped in cloth; Wash and slice tripe. Boil tripe with appropriate amount of water, then add red dates and medicine bags, and cook until tripe is cooked thoroughly. Take out the medicine bags and season with salt and monosodium glutamate. It is suitable for patients with stomach heat and yin deficiency, epigastric pain, heartburn, bitter mouth and dry throat.

2. Dendrobium kungfu tea

Dendrobium, Taraxacum, Paeonia lactiflora and Lily 15g, green tea 10g. First, put Dendrobium into a casserole, soak in water for 1 hour, and decoct for 30 minutes; Then put the other three herbs together with green tea, decoct for 30 minutes, and filter to get juice; Then add water and fry once, and take the juice. Combine the two decoctions and take them twice after meals. It is suitable for patients with dry mouth, halitosis and oral ulcer caused by stomach fire.
