Since joining the culture in April this year, I have been mainly engaged in graphic design. In this stage of work, I have been growing and learning in practice. Collecting materials, sorting out materials, creative expression, first draft, analyzing and discussing, making preliminary plans, researching and making decisions, determining samples, printing finished samples, mass production, printing and color correction, finally sending to customers, and finally installing and executing. The process of graphic design is a step-by-step and continuous improvement process. The success of design depends largely on whether the concept is accurate and perfect. The beauty of design is endless, and perfection depends on attitude.

1, investigation

Investigation is a process of understanding things, and design needs a purposeful and complete investigation. Background, market survey, industry survey (about brands, audiences and products), positioning, expression and survey are the beginning and basis of design (background knowledge).

2. Content

The content is divided into two parts: theme and specific content, which is the basic information for designers before design.

Step 3: Ideas

Conception is the first step in design, and thinking is more important than anything else in design. Creativity has always been independent of design. Perhaps this is the most difficult idea to convey in your visual works.

In design, the basic elements are equivalent to the components of your work, and each element should have the purpose of transmitting and strengthening information transmission. 5, choose the expression method

Technology is skill. Today, with the proliferation of visual products, it is not easy to impress the audience. More visual works have been automatically ignored by people's eyes. How many ways can you convey your message? One is a complete and perfect design method expressed by traditional aesthetics, which will be appreciated and remembered by the audience. Second, it can be realized in novel or unexpected ways (including in materials). Third, there is crazy advertising and carpet bombing. Which do we need more? Although all three methods can achieve their goals, we know that their returns are different.

We have learned a variety of graphic processing and expression techniques in the three major components, such as contrast, analogy, exaggeration, symmetry, primary and secondary, light and shade, change, repetition, contradiction, radiation, rhythm, thickness, cold and warm, area and other forms. In addition, there are hand-drawn effects from graphic processing, such as oil painting, pencil, watercolor, printmaking, crayons, graffiti and others such as photography and old photos. I am mainly responsible for cooperating with design and planning, making planned works that satisfy customers, learning to communicate with colleagues, constantly discussing when planning, and making perfect planning schemes. I love the profession of design. For design, I will continue to learn and accumulate, enrich my design techniques, make myself mature and fill in the design.

Understand the needs of customers and try our best to give them the most satisfactory design scheme. In the meantime, I am looking forward to making a successful design scheme and growing up in my work.

The company's philosophy: "Pursuing excellent service and creating unlimited value", for me, my value is to create value for the company, and I will continue to use my ability to create value for the company and work hard. So far, I feel that my focus is on small advertising design. As a graphic design, I can do auxiliary design under the leadership of planning, and I can also complete the graphic advertising design independently. According to my current investigation, there are three upstairs in my company. These resources are actually quite rich for our company. I think these companies want a network. As long as we communicate hard, we can create value for each other and benefit each other. For example, from the Healthy Living Museum, their places now mainly rely on online group purchase discounts and discount card flyers to seek customers. As an advertising company, we can provide them with advertising services in print and media networks. For example, folding, coupons, discount cards, as well as newspaper and magazine layout support, plus our company's SMS platform, I think we have the ability to provide customers with all-round services. Doing this well requires sales planning, design and coordination, which will bring satisfactory advertising effect to customers. Other companies should give different planning and publicity programs according to the actual situation, so as to create good advertising value for customers and create value and influence for the company. I won't list them one by one. We can cooperate with other companies to provide a series of advertising support, including business cards, display boards, display racks, inkjet printing, photography, luminous characters, packaging and so on.

Fourth, my current task.

Coordinate the planning and design of activities, update and maintain the company's website, tap customers to expand the company's business, VI design, outdoor advertising design, etc.
