When it comes to Chinese medicine, it can't be separated from Huangdi Neijing. It attaches great importance to "correspondence between man and nature" and "unity of form and spirit", analyzes and understands life, health and disease from a holistic perspective, and pays attention to the integrity of human body and the unity and connection between man and nature and social environment. So where does such a holistic view of man-nature-society come from? Tracing back to the source is the Book of Changes, the first of all classics.
1, the inheritance of the concept of yin and yang
Huangdi Neijing said that "Yin and Yang should be like a great theory": "Yin and Yang, the way of heaven and earth, the discipline of all things, the changing parents, the beginning of life and death, the house of God." As we all know, it is easy to draw a clear line between yin and yang and interpret heaven and earth. This sentence is an interpretation of the Book of Changes, which says that "one yin and one yang are the Tao, and the winner is good, and the winner is human".
2. Balance and transformation of Yin and Yang
It is an extremely important viewpoint in traditional Chinese medicine that Yin and Yang are in dynamic balance. Only when Yin and Yang are in a relatively balanced and harmonious state can the body maintain health, and once Yin and Yang are out of balance, diseases will follow. "Su Wen-Yin and Yang should be like a big theory" said: "Yin wins is Yang disease, and Yang wins is Yin disease. Yang wins is hot, and Yin wins is cold; Heavy cold is hot, and heavy heat is cold. " Later generations also said: the combination of yin and yang leads to birth, the division of yin and yang leads to extinction, the mistake of yin and yang leads to change, and the balance of yin and yang leads to constant.
In the Book of Changes, the relationship between the balance and transformation of Yin and Yang is represented by divination, which reflects the development and change process of things. When it reached an extreme according to "dive-see (present)-jump-fly", it turned to "regret" and began to transform in the opposite direction.
3, Yin and Yang clutch
In Huangdi Neijing, the cloud "Yin counts ten, pushes a hundred, counts thousands, pushes ten thousand, cannot be counted, but needs one" explains the discussion on the root knot of Yang meridian in Zusan, and expounds the reason that Yang meridian is divided into three parts.
In the Book of Changes-Cohesion, "it is too easy to occur, which means that two instruments are born, two instruments are born with four images, and four images are born with eight diagrams", and it is also pointed out that there are thousands of changes of yin and yang in nature, but the main point is that one yin and one yang are combined into yin and yang, which can be divided into thousands of divinatory images.
It can be seen that many theories of Chinese medicine are inherited from the Book of Changes, and China's medicine cannot be separated from the Book of Changes. Learning the Book of Changes can help us have a deeper understanding of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, some scholars of traditional Chinese medicine scoff at the Book of Changes and think it is a theological superstition. In fact, it is the source that I don't understand the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. I am ignorant because of my ignorance.
