Even if there is no pain of getting sick, the money for seeing a doctor is saved. Why not? Second, exercise. Speaking of proper exercise, I don't think exercise is difficult. Everyone knows the importance of exercise, and everyone participates in it. What is difficult is appropriateness and persistence. Just like diet, which exercise is suitable for you and helpful to your health, and which exercise is not suitable for you and harmful to your health. The time and intensity of exercise should not be blindly exercised. This requires you to make an accurate judgment on your physical condition. Exercise also needs to be regular and persistent in order to keep fit. Third, mentality. It is mental health, and mentality is even more important than diet and exercise. No matter how good the diet is, no matter how good the exercise is, without a good attitude, the disease will still come to you. This is why some people are still healthy and live a long life although they don't eat well, while some people are still in poor health because of psychological problems such as fear, anxiety, worry and depression, although they eat well and exercise every day. Although mentality is so important, it is not easy to have a good mentality in this high-risk and frivolous society. Having a good attitude is easier said than done. However, others have others' enjoyment, and you have your own pleasure. Find your own fun and travel in your own spiritual world. Fourth, heredity and genes. Your body is naturally good and bad, and your body is naturally weak and strong in some way. Heredity and genes are beyond our control. Mastering our physical condition can improve our health or prevent some diseases. Fifth, the big environment. Air pollution in the natural environment can not be ignored. Breathing polluted air every day is harmful to health. In addition, there are many problems in the social environment, such as pesticides in vegetables and grains, hormones in animal foods, additives in various foods and so on. But we personally can't change this situation. Only by everyone's efforts. Although we can't change the environment, we can better cope with the problems brought by the environment as long as we harmonize diet, exercise and mentality. Diet, exercise and mentality complement each other. A reasonable diet makes you exercise easily and relax. Moderate exercise can promote diet and adjust mentality; A good attitude is conducive to diet and exercise.
