Article 55? Passengers should try to return the lost items to their owners. If the passenger has got off the bus, a passenger record should be compiled, with the name and number of pieces specified in detail, and submitted to the station. If it is not clear that the passenger has got off, hand it over to the train terminal.
The lost property found at the station or handed over by the train shall be registered in the lost property register in detail, indicating the date, place, transfer number, name of goods, packaging and content, quantity, weight, shipper, agent and handling result.
Article 63? Passengers should ask for a ticket when carrying luggage. Suburban time tickets can't check baggage, and railway boarding passes can't check baggage for free.
Article 65? When handling luggage and parcels, it is necessary to confirm the name, number and packaging of the goods, and check the weight. Articles with water and ice or animal feed on the way should be checked separately as the basis for losing weight when arriving at the station.
