Many patients with depression have the habit of staying up late, often staying up late is easy to hurt the liver, sperm and gallbladder. This kind of people often have bad eyes, low mood and short happy time (lung qi is also affected, so it can't be effectively announced for a long time).
Others think that sleeping late at night can make up for it, but it can't make up for it at all, or they can't sleep, or they don't sleep enough. Even if they feel that they have made up for it, they have already damaged most of their qi and blood.
Rule 2: Don't think about everything when you sleep.

In fact, for modern people, 1 1 it is also very important to sleep at night and go to bed early to brew emotions, so as to give your mind a time to calm down slowly. "Sleep first, then sleep" is the truth.
If it still doesn't work, you can try a simple leg press before going to bed, then sit cross-legged or cross-legged, put your hands on your legs, and breathe naturally, feeling the pores of the whole body open and close with breathing. If you can yawn while crying, the effect is the best. When you want to sleep, sleep on your stomach.
Article 3: Take a nap or sit still.
At noon (equivalent to 1 1 am to 1 pm), if the conditions are limited and you can't sleep, you can sit still for a quarter of an hour and close your eyes. Zen masters who meditate in the meditation hall are used to taking a nap at noon. Article 4: You must get up early when you go to bed.
Monks live a life of morning bells and evening drums. Even in winter, they don't get up before 6 o'clock in the morning, and try to get up before 5 o'clock in the morning in spring, summer and autumn. For human health, getting up early is beneficial to human metabolism.
The advantage of getting up early is that on the one hand, it can excrete the polluted gas of metabolism. If you get up too late, the large intestine can't get enough activity and can't complete the excretion function well. In addition, 7: 00 am to 9: 00 am is the most active time for human digestion and absorption, and it is the "golden time" for nutrient absorption.
Therefore, don't stay in bed, dizziness and fatigue are mostly caused by sleepiness.
Article 5: Pay attention to the daily life of sleep.
In the environment, pay attention to sleep, close the window when sleeping, and don't turn on the fan and air conditioner, otherwise it will easily damage the qi and blood. So it is best not to open the window, turn on the air conditioner, turn on the fan or even close the door when sleeping at night. If it is hot, open the door and close the window.
