Twelve movements of Yijinjing
The twelve movements of Yijinjing are as follows:

(1) The left leg spans one step to the left, the width of both feet is shoulder-width, and the hands are in the posture of making fists to protect the waist. Straight body, flat head, at present.

(2) The left upper limb should be straight to the right, with the palm over the top, the body slightly turned to the right, facing the right front, the shoulders relaxed, the elbows straight, and the wrists should not be flexed. (3) Bend the thumb of the left hand to the palm of your hand, and look at the thumb with both eyes. Turn your left arm inward, palm down, lean forward, and push your palm to the ground. Knees straight, heels off the ground, head up and look at the present.

(4) The left palm is off the ground, and the left knee is close to the waist, forming a posture of making a fist to protect the waist. Left and right swaps require the same.

(5) Hold the waist tightly with both hands, with the left hand extending from the right side and the right hand extending from the left side, and make a fist with both hands; Relax your shoulders and straighten your elbows. When you raise your palm, look at the palm that is flat upward. Turn your body about 45 degrees, try to touch the ground when squatting, and at the same time straighten your knees and keep your heels from the ground.
