I. Application conditions

Announcement (including post list) was released to the public on February 22, 2023 through the website of Huanggang Municipal People's Government (/rsj.hg.gov.cn/) and Huanggang Personnel Examination Network ().

Fourth, registration

(1) Registration channel

The registration, inquiry, payment and printing of the admission ticket for this open recruitment examination are all conducted through Hubei Personnel Examination Network ().

(2) Time schedule

1. Registration: From 9:00 on February 24, 2023 to March 1 day 17: 00, the applicants will register and accept the personal basic information authentication.

Successful applicants choose the positions to apply for, fill in the application information, and accept the qualification examination of the recruiting unit.

(3) Candidates for each position are required to take two exams in the corresponding category in the unified written test.

3. The minimum qualified line of written test.

The written test adopts the minimum qualified line control system, which is determined by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau after the test according to the difficulty of the test paper, the distribution of candidates' scores and the post competition.

Candidates below the minimum qualification line are not allowed to enter the next link.

The specific qualified line will be notified separately.

4. Define the proportion of exams.

In order to achieve competitive selection, in principle, the examination shall be conducted in accordance with the number of job plans and the number of applicants not less than the proportion specified in the job table (interview finalist ratio).

After the registration, if it is necessary to cancel, reduce or reduce the number of applicants who can't reach the required proportion in the examination, the recruiting unit shall apply for adjustment, and the competent department of the recruiting unit shall report to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for the record, and announce the adjustment through the official website of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau.

If the interview finalists do not reach the specified proportion, the above written test proportion treatment method shall be implemented.

3. The interview finalists must bring the original and photocopy of the job requirements materials to participate in the interview qualification review.

On-the-job civil servants [including the staff of organs (units) managed by referring to the Civil Service Law] must obtain the consent of their units, and provide written proof of their consent to register at the qualification examination stage.

Candidates who fail to attend the qualification review at the specified time and place or fail the qualification review cannot enter the interview.

4. The interview announcement is published on the website of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, and the interview-related matters shall be subject to the interview announcement.

5. After the announcement of the interview, within 5 days from the date of the interview, if the shortlisted candidates fail to reach the required proportion due to factors such as the candidate's abstention, they shall not be replaced.

For positions where the number of short-listed interviewees or the actual number of people participating in the interview does not reach the specified short-listed proportion and the competition ratio is less than or equal to 1: 1, set the minimum qualified line for interview results.

Candidates below the qualified line cannot enter the next recruitment stage.

Important tips.

(4) Calculation of test scores.

2. Scoring method.

Candidates' written test score = ("professional aptitude test"+"comprehensive application ability" test paper score) ÷ 3; The interview results of candidates are the interview results.

The total score of candidates = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%.

Candidates' scores are accurate to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded off (if the scores of candidates are the same after rounding off, they will be sorted according to the actual scores before rounding off).

3. Reward points policy.

According to the policy requirements of the state and our province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grass-roots level and join the army, for college students who have served the "three supports and one support" plan for two years and passed the examination, they will volunteer to serve project personnel in the western region, and the total written test score will be converted into 100 points plus 5 points.

Retired soldiers who have served in the army for more than 5 years (inclusive) enjoy the same preferential policy of extra points.

The qualification examination of the above-mentioned personnel shall be audited by the municipal competent department of each project (among them, the retired soldiers of college graduates shall be audited by the Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs), and the list of personnel shall be uniformly publicized by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. If the written test score reaches the minimum qualified line, 5 points will be added in the conversion of the written test score into a percentage system.

Those who have been openly recruited, placed as staff of public institutions or employed as civil servants will no longer enjoy this preferential treatment.

Eligible applicants must apply from March 7 to March 10.

The formula for calculating the written test scores of the above-mentioned personnel is: (professional aptitude test+comprehensive application ability test paper scores) ÷3+5 points = written test scores.

4. How to deal with candidates with the same score.

When the total scores of candidates applying for the same position are the same, the candidates with high written test scores rank high; When the written test and interview results are the same, candidates with high scores in the written test subject "comprehensive application ability" rank high; When the scores of comprehensive application ability are still the same, the recruiting unit will organize an additional test.

Physical examination and examination of intransitive verbs

(3) The competent department and the recruiting unit are responsible for the inspection work, adhere to the standards of having both ability and political integrity and putting morality first, pay attention to the comprehensive inspection of candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and review the candidates' qualifications.

(4) If the candidate voluntarily gives up and the medical examination or inspection is unqualified, the recruiting unit may replace the medical examination or inspection personnel in turn according to the total score of the candidate.

Seven. Publicity and filing

There is no objection to the publicity, or although there is objection, but it does not affect the employment after investigation, the competent department shall report it to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for review and filing.
