In order to further reduce the flow of people, control the gathering of people, eliminate the hidden dangers of epidemic situation, and effectively build a "defense from the outside to the inside" defense line in our county, according to the notification requirements of Xinyang Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters Office, the specific epidemic prevention and control measures are hereby notified as follows:

1. Residents in our county are not allowed to go out of the city, cross counties or gather unless necessary, and all forms of visiting relatives and friends and business trips are suspended, especially not to go to foreign middle and high risk areas or cities and counties with confirmed cases reported. If you really need to leave the county, you need to provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.

Second, people from other counties in the city should report to the destination village and unit three days in advance, hold negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, do health monitoring after returning home, and then do 1 nucleic acid test. People from high-risk areas and cities with confirmed cases were suspended from coming to the county. After coming to the county, it needs isolation 14 days, family health monitoring for 7 days and nucleic acid detection for 7 times.

Three, the community community to establish epidemic prevention and control service station, in principle, keep an entrance. Strict code scanning registration system, health code or travel card marked with "*", only can not enter. All administrative organs, enterprises and institutions should also strictly scan the code registration system, and personnel marked with "*" on health codes or travel cards are not allowed to enter.

Four, hotels, hotels, bath centers and other places with accommodation functions, shall not provide accommodation services for the personnel marked with "*" on the health code or tourist card. When staying outside the city, people need to take temperature and check health code, and provide negative proof of 48-hour nucleic acid test.

Five, confirmed cases in high-risk areas and provincial cities, in principle, not to the county. For vehicles transporting materials for people's livelihood and enterprise production, health service points should check the health code and negative proof of nucleic acid detection of the personnel on board within 48 hours, and implement measures such as vehicle disinfection, point-to-point closed-loop management and strict personal protection. The traffic control team will apply for a temporary pass, and the well-protected personnel will load and unload at the designated place according to the prescribed route to prevent the virus from spreading through things.

Sixth, advocate "postponing weddings, funerals and banquets" and suspend all forms of large-scale meetings, large-scale performances, large-scale training, annual meetings, group meetings and temple fairs. In rural areas, the market is restricted to reduce unnecessary activities of people.

Seven, in order to ensure the necessary supply of urban operation and residents' life, other non-essential social education and training institutions, leisure and health care places, bath and foot bath places, Internet cafes, theaters, scenic spots, libraries, museums, religious places, KTV, chess and card rooms, mahjong rooms, entertainment and game rooms, bars, gyms, beauty and body shops, moxibustion health shops, massage shops and other closed and gathering places are temporarily closed or opened.
