Ancient people's understanding of Ganoderma lucidum: The earliest understanding and utilization of Ganoderma lucidum by ancient people in China can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period more than two thousand years ago. Modern research on ganoderma lucidum
In 2000, People's Republic of China (PRC) Pharmacopoeia (Part I) designated Ganoderma lucidum as a legal Chinese medicine. In mid-August, 2000, Professor Lin Zhibin, Vice Chairman of Chinese Pharmacology Society and President of International Ganoderma lucidum Association, gave a wonderful report on balancing medicine and Ganoderma lucidum at Harvard University. The report points out that the three macro systems of human body, namely nervous system, endocrine system and immune system, are the steady state of the body, the premise of health and the core of self-rehabilitation. Ganoderma lucidum has been proved to be the best balance regulator in the body because it can nourish and strengthen the body. Main effects:
① Anti-tumor effect.
② Immune regulation.
③ Anti-radiation effect.
④ It has sedative, tranquilizing and analgesic effects on nervous system.
⑤ It has cardiotonic effect on cardiovascular system, protective effect on myocardial ischemia and hypotensive effect.
⑥ It has antitussive, expectorant, antiasthmatic and therapeutic effects on chronic tracheitis.
⑦ It can reduce the blood sugar of endocrine and metabolic system, improve the body's tolerance to acute hypoxia, scavenge free radicals and delay aging.
