How to make millet lean porridge?
Formula: appropriate amount of millet, appropriate amount of white rice, 300g of pork and 80g of pumpkin.

1, millet and white rice are cooked into porridge first. I usually cook in a pressure cooker for about 45 minutes. I have to cook early, because it takes 15 to 20 minutes to exhaust the pressure cooker.

2, lean meat should be cut into slender pieces, so it is easy to cook and tastes better. If it is a complementary food for children or it is not suitable for eating too large pieces of meat, just chop it directly.

3. Cook in a small pot, put appropriate amount of porridge, first put pumpkin to cook for about 2 minutes, and then put lean meat to cook for 3 minutes. Pumpkins are cooked in a few minutes because they are lumps. Similarly, lean meat is the same.

4. Simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes and turn off the fire. Add a proper amount of salt and serve.

You must add enough water to the porridge in the early stage, because the feeling of thinness will change after adding pumpkin and lean meat in the later stage. If the porridge is too sticky at first, you need to add water later. The porridge may act as a moisture layer, making it useless to eat.
