Interpretation of the Seven Cities Meeting: Why don't folk masters participate in Wushu Sanda?

Reporter: Zhao Yulin.

The Wushu Sanda Project of the 7th National Games will be held in Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine on June 65438+1October 65438+July. As we all know, Wushu is a unique traditional event in China, but the events are limited to men's and women's Changquan, Nanquan, Tai Ji Chuan, sword and stick. According to the survey, there are 129 kinds of martial arts in China, such as Wing Chun Boxing, Shaolin Boxing, Hong Boxing, Mind Boxing, Taizu Changquan, etc ... There are many kinds of boxing methods, which are divided into internal and external skills, and there are many schools.

However, among many martial arts schools, few really enter the national martial arts competition. What is the reason? Master Yu Changhua, a member of the Chinese Wushu Association and the disciple of Huang Chunliang, the founder of Changhua Wing Chun Boxing Hall, told the reporter that Wing Chun Boxing, as a southern boxing, pays attention to actual combat, combines internal boxing with close-fitting bunting, and has short life and narrow feet. In boxing routines, because of the small amplitude and short distance, the performance is not very strong, but there is not much visual impact. In real combat, people face each other, and people are flesh and blood, so they can hurt people without much effort. Heavy protective gear numbs people's need for protection of important parts of their bodies, and more is fighting and wrestling. There are few intelligent features of Wushu, such as flashing, quick fighting and exerting strength. Of course, it is understandable as a sports competition, but traditional Wushu is richer and deeper in both actual combat and health preservation.

There are many tricks of traditional martial arts in China, and the rules of modern fighting field are not suitable for high-end China martial arts.

In the era of cold weapons, China Kung Fu is the art of killing the enemy, some of which involve kicking the crotch, inserting eyes and hitting the back of the head. As long as you can defeat the enemy, you can win everything, and fighting and combat techniques are used incisively and vividly. As wing chun boxing, many excellent internal skill moves are not hard-hitting with fists, but skillfully using techniques such as finger, finger, palm, splitting, grasping, hanging, falling, sticking, grinding, anti-joint, twisting neck, elbow and knee. But in modern fighting, there are many rules to protect the athletes themselves! Many movements in Wushu are illegal movements in Sanda, so you should wear gloves, braces and crotch guards in the competition to avoid causing serious harm to your opponents. There is a contradiction between the strict protection of players and the development of fighting techniques in Wushu fighting. Modern fighting rules restrict the development of China Wushu. After all, as a China person, no one wants to see martial arts as a show-off, let alone to hear foreigners say that China Kung Fu is a show-off gesture!

Internal boxing with gloves and protective gear is limited.

Gloves are basically needed in modern fighting competitions, and most of the qigong strength of internal boxing will be buffered and consumed by stupid gloves and protective gear. This is why many people see that some games are just like street fighting of children, pushing and shoving, which are not wonderful or good-looking. The fist hits the opponent, and through the buffer of protective gear and gloves, the opponent is neither painful nor itchy. Naturally, the methods of using, leaning and grasping should be used, but gloves limit the flexibility of hands. Everyone knows that it is problematic to write with slightly thicker gloves in winter, not to mention that such thick gloves have to catch people who actively resist your activities at any time, so you have to use brute force to fall down. For example, Wing Chun Quan, Tai Ji Chuan, Xingyiquan and so on. All disciples who practice Neijia Boxing need to practice their internal strength and stress the unity of internal and external strength! It focuses on the training of absolute muscle strength, but in the Wushu Sanda competition, once the disciples of Neijia Boxing put on gloves, they are limited in receiving and throwing with palm and finger, and their internal skills are limited. Therefore, traditional Wushu will not participate in Sanda competition, but for the purposes of self-defense, health preservation, shaping, physical fitness and self-cultivation, China traditional Wushu is still the first choice, after all, it is the crystallization of thousands of years of culture!

Age limit and juvenile spirit have been transformed into gentleness and both martial arts and morality.

There are certain restrictions on the age of the contestants in the Wushu events of the Seven Cities Club, which must be 13~ 17 years old. China Wushu is extensive and profound, especially it takes a process from the beginning of training to basic mastery. In the past, there was a saying that "three years of stupidity, three years of enlightenment and three years of practice", and there was even a saying that "three years of small achievements and ten years of great achievements", which shows that those who beat Tai Ji Chuan are flowing; Wing Chun Boxing is as fast as lightning, and how long and hard it takes for a martial arts master to practice. By the time they are trained in martial arts and pure feelings, they have basically passed the age of first-line athletes, lost the competitive psychology of ordinary people and devoted themselves to martial arts and the value of life.
