6. Roll the dough directly into a rectangular pancake, brush it with a layer of corn oil, sprinkle with cooked sesame powder, and then sprinkle some salt appropriately. Cooked sesame powder is now available, or you can grind it into powder by yourself with a cooking machine.

7. Finally, roll up the bread with moderate strength. Not too tight. Divide directly into three pieces, don't cut them separately. You need to plate it when steaming.

8. Put the dough roll into a steamer, simmer for 20 minutes on low fire, then steam on high fire and steam with SAIC for 20 minutes. The dough roll is round and bulging, and it rises very well. There is no smell of alcohol, only a strong smell of wheat and sesame.

9. Take out the pieces, delicious noodles, and try them quickly.

Tips:

It is best to choose beer with low alcohol content, I use 4 degrees; Don't use cold beer, use normal temperature beer. There is a simple reason. Cold beer is not conducive to dough fermentation.

This noodle roll is recommended to be steamed into long strips like me, and cut into pieces after taking out the pot, so that it is more complete and beautiful, and sesame seeds will not run out.
