Practice of abalone stewed ribs soup
The soaking process of dried abalone is complicated. It must be soaked in cold water first, then cooked and roasted to remove fine sand and intestines, then simmered with ginger wine, and then cooked with soup, old hen, pork brisket and ribs until cooked.
